+I may have chosen the wrong Class Library in the report ("Component").
+I was trying to replace "," in a string with ".":
+
+string = float.ToString ();
+string.Replace (',', '.');
+
+Doesn't do anything to the string. Nor does:
+string.Replace ('.', ',');
+nor:
+string.Replace (",", ".");
+
+Mono version 1.1.13, compiled with X-Develop.
