+I could be wrong, but I really think number 4 (the icon) is a bug. 
+At least it behaves differently under mono than under .net. If you 
+look at the attached screen shots, you will see that the icon is 
+present in the .net screen shot and not in the mono screen shot.

+As far as the autoscaling goes, I should have reported this in the 
+first place, but I forgot. I tried turning setting the autoscaling 
+property of the form to false, which should have disabled 
+autoscaling. It made the layout problems even worse when I did that.
