+Animated image flickers and label doesn't expand properly.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Place picturebox on form.
+2. Add animated gif to image.
+3. Place label on top of picturebox.
+4. Use AutoSize=true for label.
+
+Actual Results:
+Image flickers
+Not all text inside label is shown
+
+Expected Results:
+No flickering
+All text shown and label expanded accordingly.
+
+How often does this happen?
