+Yes, i can reproduce the bug 3:
+1) Create two child windows with same width and height
+2) MDI container should not contain scroll bars, so, if needed, move
+child windows to left top corner of resize MDI container.
+3) Move first child left and down while both scrollbard appear 
+4) Move second window over first window and drop it below and righter
+        relatively first window (for example both coordinates of
+second window should be coordinates of first window plus 50 pixels)
+5) Move second window left for ~25 pixels 
+6) You should see wrong behavour of horizontal scrollbar

+Also sometimes when i moving child windows application crashes. Try to
+move windows diffirent ways because I do not know how to reproduce
