+When text is selected inside a textbox control, then the cursor caret no 
+longer blinks.
+
+To reproduce:
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the instructions on tabs #1 and #2.
+
+Note: due to a regresion in TabControl, the content of these tabs may not 
+be visible until you click on them.
