Some endian fixes were done in the region code. This can affect the
clipping bounds. So, if you're running this on a SPARC machine, this
could be the source of the problem. If not please re-open the issue
with additional details (and a self-contained or nunit test case).

+This is under Solaris/SPARC. The easiest way to set it up is to setup
+a clipping region then apply a transformation (rotate). Then get the
+VisibleClipBounds,which in not properly affected by rotate or other
+transformations.
