+Problem:
+when trying to run EVEMon via mono it fails to start
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. get EVEMon from http://evemon.battleclinic.com/
+2. try to run it via mono EVEMon.exe
+
+Actual Results:
+mono EVEMon.exe
+
