+Something XSP2 (or its component libraries) is doing is causing WAPI
+handles to be consumed every 10 seconds.  It seems that anywhere between 1
+and 3 handles are consumed at that very regular interval.
+
+Ultimately, the server dies (freezes) with:
+  CreateThread: error creating thread handle
+
+This is related to issue #79060.
