+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. download NUnit 2.2.8, run nunit-gui.exe
+2. File->Open, nunit.mocks.tests.dll
+3. press alt+R
+
+Actual Results:
+doesn't do anything
+
+Expected Results:
+should run the tests as it does on MS.NET
+
+How often does this happen? 
+every time, seemingly regardless of where current focus is.
