+Description of Problem:
+Atlas samples ask you to modify your httpHandlers web.config like so:
+
+    <httpHandlers>
+      <remove verb="*" path="*.asmx"/>
+      <add verb="*" path="*.asmx"
+type="Microsoft.Web.Services.ScriptHandlerFactory" validate="false$   
+</httpHandlers>
+
+
+xsp2 1.1.16 doesn't recognize the "<remove verb..>" element.
+
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Add the above to a web.config file
+2. View site
+3. 
+
+Actual Results:
+
+Description: Error processing request.
+
+Error Message: HTTP 500.
+
