Fx, I can now provoke an SSL re-negotiation with Apache. However it
works with the attached patch. I'll do more testing with this setup
but it looks like the extra data comes from postgres...

+it a try. Also, folowing the link you post, I could find the patch for
+size of transfers to force a renegotiation and I changed it to 2 *
+1024 so I can reach renegotiation time faster :)
