+Well if you tried with successfully with 1.1.15 then you answered the
+problem. It means that 1.1.13.6-3 was built at the "wrong" time (after
+a fix to the client code affected the server code *and* before this
+was fixed).

+The issue was fixed in the 1.1.13 branch (future 1.1.13.x version will
+be ok) and in HEAD.
+
+Note that you can "copy" the Mono.Security.dll from 1.1.14 (or later,
+up to 1.2 once release) and install it (using gacutil) into an
+existing 1.1.13.x installation (as the 2 branches are kept in total
+sync, i.e. bug fixing only).
