Summary: Drawing methods do not consider background color for 3d color generation

Our methods in ThemeWin32Classic to draw frames, buttons, etc, do not
consider the background color of the space where they draw on. This causes
the wrong colors to be used for, for example, the 3d frame of a button.
We need to pass the backcolor to all drawing routines.
