+If you scroll a (filled) multiline TextBox with the scrollbar the TextBox
+doesn't seem to update the screen output. You will see a lot of artefacts
+(smear) or in other words garbage.
+
+RichTextBox has the same problem. 
+
+It even happens when you write text into the textbox and the box scrolls to
+the left.
+
