Eric ran some tests against this patch in HEAD. He found that the
Mono process is not consuming memory like before, but the Apache
module (mod_mono) is now consuming memory very quickly (this was not
happening before) to the capacity of the machine.

He is testing with a 400 MB file. The mod_mono also came from HEAD.

+When attempting to upload a single 400MB file using Firefox 1.5 on
+SUSE Linux 9.3, the httpd process memory usage jumps to about
+800-900MB. Eventually the server locks up and requires a hard reboot.
