 I am unable to post large files to a page. This is an issue we have 
 discussed before, but I just wanted to create a bug to track the issue.

+Eric ran some tests against this patch in HEAD. He found that the 
+Mono process is not consuming memory like before, but the Apache 
+module (mod_mono) is now consuming memory very quickly (this was not 
+happening before) to the capacity of the machine.

+He is testing with a 400 MB file. The mod_mono also came from HEAD.
