+Description of Problem:
+Applying the inline optimization breaks some CAS runtime regression tests.
+
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. cd mono/mono/tests/cas/linkdemand
+2. make
+3. mono --security -O=inline cas3.exe
+4. mono --security -O=-inline cas3.exe
+
+
+Actual Results:
+Both cas3.exe and cas6.exe fails.
+
+
+Expected Results:
+Both tests should be working (like without inlining)
+
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always with inlining.
+
+
+Additional Information:
+
+* Methods that have (directly or indirectly) declarative security
+attributes shouldn't be inlined.
+
+* This condition (inside declsec.c) doesn't seems to work when called
+if ((method->klass->flags & TYPE_ATTRIBUTE_HAS_SECURITY) || (method->flags
+& METHOD_ATTRIBUTE_HAS_SECURITY)) {
+...
+}
+
+* CAS was tested with all optimizations (a long time ago) but the test
+cases could be more recent (i.e. I'm not 100% positive).
