+Instead of repainting only the area that needs to be updated mwf repaints
+the complete control/form.
+
+As you can see in the attached screenshot ms repaints only the area that
+really needs the update (different color).
+
+Attached is also a test app. Resize the border to get the effect. Please
+try with mwf and ms swf.
