+Run reflector.exe /managed
+
+Open an assembly (I use mcs.exe) then maximize the window, open enough tree
+nodes that the scrollbar is repainted.
+
+The un-maximize the window.  Notice that the scrollbar is gone.
+
+Then slowly make the window larger, you will notice that the scrollbar is
+there, but that it is not repositioned when the size of the widget changes.
