+When compiling gecko-sharp 0.6 under cygwin with mono, the gacutil command
+doesn't work.

+See bug #76170 for details of the problem.

+The build doesn't fail, but the assemblies are not copied to the gac.  (The
+build probably should fail since the gacutil command fails)
