+Run winforms/splitter/swf-splitter.exe
+
+Now move the splitter to cover half the text on the left side tree view.
+
+Notice that no scrollbar is displayed at the bottom
+
+Now make the splitter cover the list on the right (half of it), scrollbars
+are displahyed properly.
+
+Now cover the treeview again like the time before: now the scrollbars are
+correctly displayed.
