+Compiled monodoc from source on cygwin.  The wrapper script that was
+created for mdassembler essentially runs this command:
+
+mono /tmp/build_deps/lib/monodoc/assembler.exe
+
+This command fails, while this command succeeds:
+
+mono tmp/build_deps/lib/monodoc/assembler.exe
+
+The second command succeeds, the only difference is that it's a relative path.
