+Closing this bugzilla.  We're now taking care of this through our
+packaging system.  I modified runtime/semdel-wrapper and call it a
+second time during the clean phase of our Ports  system to have it
+remove the semaphore associated with the the .wapi created under the
+MONO_SHARED_DIR.  Thanks for the help on IRC too guys.
