+This was in 1.1.9.2.
+
+Some wrapper scripts in xsp (dbsessmgr and apt-state[12]) have an invalid
+path to the assembly.
+
+They point to lib/xsp/x.0/x.exe, but the files are actually in
+lib/mono/x.0/x.exe
+
+The actual problem is probably that the x.exe files get installed to the
+wrong location (mono instead of xsp).
