 I've also removed the above dll maps but this really should be done in
 the mono build system and not the installer build so that those
 compiling from source will also get the changes.

+Dumb question - isn't the app (rsvg) at fault for P/Invoking a rsvg-2 
+library when it is in fact called rsvg-2-2?
