+Description of Problem:
+Cannot manually adjust ListView Column widths.  When the program is
+running, you cannot use the mouse on the column title boundary to change
+the width of a column.
+
+mono 1.1.10 on SUSE 10:  [Revision: 51965; built: 2005/10/20 3:34:45]
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile and run the program given in Bug 76821, changing the Horizontal
+Alignments to Left.
+2. Place the mouse cursor on a line between two column titles and drag.
+ 
+
+Actual Results:
+The column title boundary does not move.
+
+Expected Results:
+The column title boundary should move, changing the width of the entire
+column: heading and data beneath.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Every time.
