+The assembly resolver cannot be used because the
+appdomain created by ApplicationHost.CreateApplicationHost()
+is not under caller's control.

+Have a look at ApplicationHost.CreateApplicationHost().
+It's either LAMESPEC or I'm missing something security
+related that makes this method beeing so strict.
