+Description of Problem:

+The web site http://www.go-mono.com/docs/ (Monodoc online start page)
+contains the following sentences:

+"You don't have any contribution yet.
+
+The Documentation of the libraries is not complete and your contributions
+would be greatly apreciated. The procedure is easy, browse to the part of
+the documentation you want to contribute and click on the [Edit] link to
+start writing the documentation.
+
+When you are happy with your changes, use the menu File--> Contributions-->
+Upload to upload your contributions to our server."
+
+The above mentioned text should only be present on the start page of the
+GUI Monodoc application.
+
+A similar text could be present on the start page of Monodoc web version
+when the Monodoc web site will become a wiki (enabling users to improve the
+Mono documentation remotely using any browser).
