+Description of Problem:
+A MainMenu with a high level menu item that has no sub menu's under it 
+when you mouseover it, it highlights but locks the whole X display.
+
+This was tested via Remote X on Windows and locked up the whole X window 
+and had to kill the task as nothing was responding at all.
+
+High level menu items with sub menus seem to work fine. Only when you 
+mouse over one that has no sub menus does it hang. Not sure if it causes 
+local X to hang as hard as Remote X.
+
+Will submit test case at a later date.
