+Description of Problem:
+
+When using a desktop theme with dark background and light foreground
+colors, the installer dialog boxes and the HTML document in the 'html'
+subdir of the installation directory show up as, for example, white text on
+a white background.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Install a white-on-black GTK theme
+2. Run mono installer
+3. Observe
+
+Actual Results:
+
+White text on a white background
+
+Expected Results:
+
+Black text on a white background, or better yet, respect my choice of colors.
