+I compiled and runned the example code at http://www.mono-project.com/Oracle
+and it runs ok. When i tried creating a WebService it will not run giving
+an error about 
+"The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
+Could not allocate the Oracle environment.". 
+I'll attach the code next. Altough not 24/7 the service might be available
+at http://felisberto.net:4321/ti-asp/TesteService.asmx
