 I couldn't figure out how to return an IDataReader with an actual
 dataset so I left in a function that will do just that when binding. 
 I'd love to be able to generate a IDataReader with a dataset from code
 but I'm not sure how this is done.  You'll have to modify this example
 slightly to work with your own database.
