+I attached a patch to this bug report that fixes the following issues in 
+mbas:
+
+- To match vbc (and csc), also use current directory to resolve relative 
+paths (for assemblies and modules)
+
+- Ensure assembly is added to TypeManager if path separator characters 
+are part of assembly name
