Summary: Deadlock between mono_domain_set and mono_assembly_load

In the superlab we had 270 windows clients connected and 26 nld clients
connected. The windows clients were not pushing anything up or down, but
the nld clients were working on pulling a 1GB iFolder down. We left the
server overnight and when I came in the morning I tailed the simias.log
and noticed no activity had occurred since 4:16 am (when it rolled).
Simias rolled OK, but we were unable to even hit Apache in a browser.
Rob Lyon and Gonzalo looked at this and determined the problem was a
deadlock between mono_domain_set and mono_assembly_load. Gonzalo will
forward the back traces.
