+Description of Problem:
+Simple HTML file saved as .aspx file can't be delivered by XSP. If you
+rename it to .html, it works fine.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Load attached file in XSP
+
+Actual Results:
+Attached file saved as .aspx leads to "Parser Error"
+
+Expected Results:
+Since there are no active elements nor anything which runs on the server,
+it should be distributed without any errors as it is.
+
+How often does this happen?
+Always
+
+Additional Information:
+The file containt chinese letters.
