+fixes mint. At least gacutil work.

+I know mint is not supported, though it's better than nothing.
+
+It can be applied to both 1.0 and 1.1, with 1.0 mcs bootstrap works, while
+with 1.1 it doesn't. Still, it's better than nothing ;)
