Summary: Enable macpack to embed the Mono runtime as a private framework in an application bundle

I would like to embed the Mono runtime as a private framework in a
mackpack-generated Mac application bundle. I think this is as simple as
copying over the current version of the Mono framework into the application
bundle directory structure. I'll attach a patch when I have this
straightened out and assign to kangaroo.

I do realize that this will result in a "man-sized" bundle (du reports
111M, but if it can be done, then drag-and-drop installation of Mono apps
(without first having to install the Mono framework) will be possible on
the Mac.
