+Description of Problem:
+Clicking on a upper node in the TOC, http://www.go-mono.com/docs/, for
+example, "Getting Started" no content is rendered.  A piece of TOC content
+or TOC link should render content, this should render a eyebrow that links
+to the children.  For example, you would see Mono Handbook >> Getting
+Started .. You might want to include the child nodes, just for ease of
+navigation.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Go to the following url,  http://www.go-mono.com/docs/
+2. Click on "Getting Started" in the deep tree frame
+
+Actual Results:
+The following text is rendered, " No stream for this node:
+new/en/empty.html with code (new/en/empty.html)"
+
