 I was also able to run more than 45 requests of the 40MB file in my

+I am curious if this also fixes the 4-40 byte leak per transfer (or
+every few transfers) of a 2kb file as mentioned in the last comments
+in 71001. I can test this when you check in the fix you mention, or
