+Description of Problem:
+If you try to build monodoc using make with multiple simultaneous jobs,
+compilation will fail.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. cd to a clean monodoc source directory
+2. run ./configure
+3. run make -j 2
+
+Actual Results:
+Monodoc fails to compile.
+
+Expected Results:
+Monodoc compiles.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always.
+
