+Gonzalo, do you have a small test case for that bug ? Uncommenting 
+that code fixes one of the two remaining test failures for the 
+System assembly (on the 1.0 profile).

+It was my intention to make all tests pass, that way these unit 
+tests have more value. (Does someone actually run these unit tests 
+as part of the release process ?)
