+RemotingException on Proxy code that gives InvalidCastException on MS.NET

+Steps to reproduce the problem:   
+1. download NUnit 2.2.2 binary package from www.nunit.org   
+(bug happens with either the mono-specific one or not)   
+2.with current svn head, run:   
+./nunit-console.exe nunit.mocks.tests.dll   
+3. one test will fail, showing the problem  
+

+Actual Results:   
+ the test fails 
+   
+Expected Results:   
+ the test should pass, as it does on MS.NET 
+   
+How often does this happen?    
+  every time 
+   
+Additional Information:   
+  I will be going through more of the nunit unit test failures and filing 
+bugs for both projects.
