+The path "c:\mono\etc:\mono\1.0\machine.config" looks invalid 
+because of the ":" in the middle of the string.

+Do you start the application using exactly the same way? mono.bat 
+sets the required environment variables.

+Does the unprivileged user have read access to the directory and 
+subdirectories of "c:\mono"?
