 Because it is fixed on svn. 1.1.8.3 was not released from HEAD and
 only had a few backported patches. It will be fixed with 1.1.9, when
 we release that.

+Usually a bug is treated as fixed when it is fixed on HEAD. 
+Backports are made only when they are required. If you need a fixed 
+but possible unstable version use HEAD.
