+You can say that who cares but this is a critical bug causes a lot of 
+compatibility problem.
+
+2.0.0.0 is the version number of .NET Framework 2.0 Beta 2 assemblies and 
+I think it will be the final version number as well.
+
+Assemblies with version 8.0.3600.0 should have version 8.0.0.0 instead.
