+Running wsdl fails when attempting to use it on any eBaySvc.wsdl version
+391 or above.

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run wsdl http://developer.ebay.com/webservices/latest/eBaySvc.wsdl
+

+Actual Results:
+
+Error: XmlSchema error: Ambiguous element label which is contained by -any-
+particle was detected: urn:ebay:eBLBaseComponents:BidderNoticePreferences
