+I've download xsp from SVN (rev. 47291).

+The problem is the same. You don't need to run the est program in PHP.
+Go to:
+http://localhost:8080/test.asmx?page=op&tab=test&op=GetPhoto&bnd=TestServiceSoap&ext=testform

+And update the page a few times (15 or 20 or more ..). And the
+exception appear.
