+Description of Problem:

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Install mono using the installer
+2. Make a simple winforms application (using monodevelop for instance)
+3. Run it
+
+Actual Results:
+Error for missing libgdiplus.dll. Several attempts of the compiler to find
+it, one mentioning libtiff3
+
+Expected Results:
+An empty winforms form
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always
+
+Additional Information:
+After apt-getting (Ubuntu, debian) the package libtiff3g the problem is over.
