+resgen returns an error when trying to compile attached .resx file (works
+fine on ms .net)

+mono 1.1.8.1 All Linux Installer

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. get the .resx file
+2. resgen Main.resx
+3.

+Actual Results:
+Error: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
+Inner exception: Invalid Argument
+Parameter name: stream
+
+
+Expected Results:
+A compiled resource.
+
