Summary: mono installs itself into /usr/lib even if --libdir=/usr/lib64 was specified

Description of Problem:

I use ./configure in mono with --libdir=/usr/lib64. This is the default
libdir for building software on PLD Linux x86_64. While the native
libraries are installed correctly in /usr/lib64 the /usr/lib64/mono
directory goes to /usr/lib/mono.

I think that --libdir should override this.
